Launcher problems

After the June 17th update, the launcher stopped working. I reinstalled the game, but the problem persisted even after adding the launcher and its installation folder to Windows Defender exclusions. I formatted my hard drive and reinstalled the game, but that didn't solve the problem either. I uninstalled the game and downloaded the executable provided on this forum, version 2582, but that didn't fix anything. A video on this forum suggested a solution: changing the version to 2595. This allowed patches to load and the launcher to work (except for the event information window).
The base version 2582 opens with all buttons disabled and doesn't update. If I force the version in Option.ini, it updates to 2613, but upon launching, I get the error 'Invalid data tables - Data\DisguiseRing_us.tbl'. Is there a newer base client than 2582 or an additional manual patch?

same issue. game will not "update launcher" none of the buttons work nodda.

If what we've discovered while trying to solve this problem is of any use:

Official base installation 2582.
The launcher doesn't update normally.
Forcing the version in Option.ini updates to 2613.
XignCode finishes successfully.
The client displays "Invalid data tables".
Among the reported tables is Data\Remove_Curse.tbl, but this file doesn't exist in the current installation (verified by recursive search).
