Lost Items

Hello everybody,

I wasnt able to login my account for a long time because of ICS problem.
After 3 years of fight my problem has been fixed.
But now i have another problem.
When i logged in my account i have seen that my items dont exist. So i submitted tickets about it and their solution is so simple, they blocked me from support site.

Account support is not available through the forum. The only place you can get answers is customer service.
You can resubmit a ticket with a different account and report your situation.

they really dont care about our problems
we are the people who is playing clean and fair but this doesnt make any sense for the

They blocked the other account as well
