Dear NTT Team,
I have several old accounts tried out but cannot access them. They aren't too old, 2017+ and I have logged them in between.
I have all the information saved such as ID,PW (at least I thought),Mail,Secret Keys and so on. OTP is activated as well.
Issue: Password was wrongly typed in several times and account is blocked. When resetting password I type in my Mail and the system tells me "Success Email was sent". Tried it for 2 days now, these emails never got to me.
Please check my accounts, it has happened to 2 of them.
