Phone Number Registration Unavailable in Certain Countries

Many people are experiencing problems when trying to register their phone numbers due to SMS verification not being supported in certain countries.

We urgently ask you to consider enabling phone number registration for currently unsupported countries, including Canada, Denmark, the United Kingdom, Thailand, and Israel.

Because of this issue, many players are unable to create accounts and access the game. We would also like the opportunity to play on the new servers, but the current restrictions prevent many of us from doing so.

Please address this issue as soon as possible and expand SMS verification support to these countries. This would allow many more players to register, join the community, and enjoy the new servers.

We would greatly appreciate your attention to this matter, as it is preventing a significant number of players from accessing the game. Thank you for your time and consideration.

Please admins do something. People sending nttgame + 5 digits so many times and nothing happends.
They cant verify cell phone on portal and cant move on to otp cuz of it.

Hello, I am a player from the United Kingdom and I am unable to complete my SMS mobile verification on my account. 1. The "United Kingdom (+44)" option is completely missing from the country dropdown menu on your website. The only option with the +44 prefix is "Isle of Man", which does not accept my standard UK mobile number and throws a validation error.

Hello, I'm unable to access ICS Portal because my registered Greek (+30) phone number is not supported for SMS verification.

I contacted support multiple times. They confirmed that Greek phone numbers are restricted due to SMS delivery issues but offered no alternative solution. Eventually, they closed my ticket without resolving the problem.
This is unfortunately the response you can expect from support: They're aware of the problem but offer no solution, and eventually close your ticket without resolving anything.

They recommend us, if possible, that we use a phone number from another country.

We cannot just do that, and it should not be that hard to login to a 20+ year old game.
