New servers registration Banned

Hi dear staff team,

Let me explain my situation, I bought a Cypher Ring in Felis, and I wanted to create a new account to play in human side, I make a new account I bought National Points and the whole process for ICS OTP, my account was registered on 04/19/2023 waited three days and then subbmit a ticket asking why my account was not appoved, today I saw and the ticket is closed and when I try to select a server (in the registration step) it says that my account is banned.... but why? it's a new account, I bought npoints, and I havent created a new character in Felis yet? why I am banned? I've been playing this game for more than 10 years this is the first time this happened, I've bought lot of npoints with my different accounts... can someone explain me what happened?

GL on getting help! they don't have time to read or deal with any support mate, your best chances is get on there KO discord and speak on them from there turkish channal. don't even bother lookking for help from the english channal, you would only wait for years without reply

We do not know why your account was banned.
Account support is not provided on the forum. In order to receive account support, you must submit a ticket. After your account has been reviewed, the customer representative will provide the necessary answer.
