hey iff i wanna log my old europe account my acount name starts with eu#(account name) how can i log this account?

well you should start from contacting customer support about your issue, but usualy bringing back those old EU accounts are quite hard or even not possible.

the account is from the beginning of 2012 and last email from the account is round beginning 2013 so its not that long inactive

yeah, but if that account was never merged or wrongly merged it could be gone by now, since europa was merged two more times after merge usko with euko.
