Well, nowadays I guess in any server, most of the activity is usually at Ronark Land (cz) but RLB(35-69->ronark land base) is also active and same thing goes for Ardream.

About activity, I am not sure about what's exactly happening in every single server but I am assuming that since the population in all servers has the same time zone more or less, most of the activity is happening between noon to evening, Turkey time zone.
