As many of you, My account just got hacked/stolen, call it what ever you want

Hi, Woke up this morning, logged into the game, realised that everything I had was gone, my Scorching+7, my dual fire ring+2, my linen set+9, the 450m I had in my stash and a few other things that worth a bit less than the rest

The thing is, I also used OTP and ICS, I had to unactive them because in the last days I had bugs with it and I couldn't log into the game, so 2 days ago I disabled it cause I had no time to look after this and fix it (never thought I would get hacked anyway in a short amount of time like that). Actually, that's pretty much the sad part of it. I feel like the reason why my OTP bugged is because someone tried to hack me or something, but I didn't realise it at first.... this game is full of bug so i firstly thought that was just another of them.

I actually sent a ticket to NTT, I have no idea if it was in the good section since there's like no section about hacks or stolen items.

If anyone can help me with something, that would be much apreciated.

First of all, sry for ur lost my friend, wish I could help but only I can tell I had the same issue , I sent a ticket and they reply they won't restore cuz the time of restoring have passed and they recommend using otp, etc. I pretty sure game is not safe anymore w/o OTP maybe hackers found a security gap so they can access ur info anytime, I really don't know. The only things u can do prolly is start again or wait for possible restoration (very rare), or at the end quit game but that's up to u.

This is a real joke, I don't know if you have played any other games, but if you take WOW as an exemple, everytime someone get hacked or lose an item or something, they give it back. I'm pretty sure that as adminstrators of the game, they don't have to do much to just reset my account to yesterday night. Through this, I'm pretty sure that they can see with the IP adress, from where my account got logged this morning and recognize that this is uncoherent with my personnal habbit.

The worst of all that is that I would still be under the OTP protection if that program didnt bug like that and make me unable to play the game.

Once again that make no sens, I'm about to think that the one that actually stole my account is NTT game itself, with the business of buying/selling golds bars outside making profit I wouldn't be surprised at all.

Reading that people are waiting for months to get back their items that just make no sens again, there's clearly something wrong going out with this game.

and How can you just handle this, how can you still want to play the game and encourage this company when you get stole and they won't do anything to help you out?

There is real money involved, I don't get that the only thing you did is forget what happened and restart again, makes no sens to me.

I understand ur frustration I used to write like that all the time even I got muted on forums for starting flame wars talking about bad customer support, also wrote many tickets(received automated responses), but that didnt change anything it , got ignored and the company wont care as usual, same will happen to this post maybe, unless bringing company case to the court that's the only thing I didn't do. I do play another games like Wow and I know they got better support, the only thing maybe I can handle this is because I didn't spent so much money on this game. And btw I didn't restart again after got hacked.

About your question, to submit ticket for hacked account you have to use: Department NTT Portal > Hacked account.
Probably your ticket will be closed if you send to wrong section.

This is a real joke, I don't know if you have played any other games, but if you take WOW as an exemple, everytime someone get hacked or lose an item or something, they give it back.

dont mix free to play and pay to play games, ofc they will give items back in wow for 3 reasons

1. it takes NO time to get max gear and max level there
2. you pay to play
3. everything you use is bound to your char or account, so the hacker can take only your gold + crap you made, which in wow is pretty much worth nothing...

Knight online is a game where it should be nearly impossible to get all the best gear, imagine if everyone woulld run around with +10 items and +5 accesories, who would want ot play this game anymore?
