if I have a lvl 83 Orc in ephesus and Attila have a lvl 83 human. what character is deleted?
the fusion of servers allow changing nation? rename?

Each account will keep the 4 highest level characters. If the 83 characters are the only two characters you have on your account then you don't have to worry, you will keep both of them.

If there are 2 characters that have the same name when the servers are merged, both will be given a chance to rename the 1st time they log in.
If you are the first to log in you can be lucky and take your own name again.

The one that are highest level (this means level and exp %) will decide the nation. If the highest level (and exp %) are the wrong nation you wish to end up with you can drop the exp % lower than the other character.

Example:

Human 83 50%
Orc 83 45% After merge your nation will be Human

Or

Human 83 40%
Orc 83 50% After merge your nation will be Orc
