    Old player back - sms verification trouble

    Hello, is there any GM that can help me, i used to play Knight online from years ago.
    Last year i made a char and was able to verify my account, but i stopped playing for 6 months, now when i back the game says i need to verify my sms again.
    I tried many times and lost NPoints, but still nothing, i got a message " cant use virtual phone number ", i was a paying player and used many of my money on cash shop, now i cant sell anything.
    Please GM verify my sms, my account is : XXXXX ( i play BP on Asgard )

    Also im happy that koxpers are gone!!, yeah xD

    I suggest you remove your account ID and replace it with a character name on that account.
    Have you sent a ticket? If not, do so. Without a ticket number (wich you can post here) nobody will be able to help you.

    Assuming you're from the US or Canada, it looks like you entered 01 at the beginning of your phone number which is unnecessary. The country code is input automatically when you select your country. All that needs to be entered is the area code and phone number.

    For example: 213-555-1234

    Sorry, I can't approve it manually if the number is entered incorrectly.

    this is what it is telling me when i try to do it : You do not have enough NPts. (Bonus Points cannot be used)(-10)

    You need at least 5 NPoint in order to verify your account.
    Your options are:
    1- Buy NPoints.
    2- Use the FREE NPoint method that NTTGame offers.

    Once you have enough NPoint(5+ NPoint), it should work just fine.

    Hi GM, tnks for looking at my problem ,
    there are 3 fields of 4 digits each to fill xxxx - xxxx - xxxx
    i entered the number again with area code 347 , it looks like this 34- 7xxx - xxxx ( 7 digit number) , and i got the verification number but i got message cannot use virtual number, so cant continue to step 4.

    You've received the message because the numbers you are trying to use for SMS verification are either generated by a website or landline numbers. I've verified this with an online carrier lookup service. The number used must come from a mobile phone.
