Merchant Bug (Selling Merchant)

Hello.
I was using a Selling Merchant table with some quest items and a Dex+8 earring.
Earring prince: 9M.
I put it in there before sleep, woke up, earring+8 gone cash still at the same as it was.
Same day I was like, well 9m, not that big of a deal.
New merching table before sleep, Quest items + iron bow reversed (+1) for 90M.
Woke up, Iron bow gone, cash still at 10M as it was before I went to sleep.

Awkward thing I also noticed is that I play fullscreen while merchanting but a windows update popped-up (it didnt run it), and when I checked my resting time as I woke up it said 44minutes and I slept for 8hours atleast.

99M gone means alot to me as I am a new player, premium user though.
I now play windowed mode and seems to fix the resting time when merching with popups at night, but I would like my 99m back as I now have no bow and 20m+ remaining.
Means alot to me, thanks in advance.

Found potential fraud involving the Iron Bow but nothing in the logs regarding the earring.

the earring is the least of my worries, and regarding the iron bow I hope that you can help me get my money back from that fraud :/ ty
