Well, it depends what you feel better with.
Other's skill bar won't make you play better, make your own and make sure its easy to use.
For example, rogues usually put cure curse in their 3rd , 4th , 5th skill bar.
Make sure that if your in PK right now, you'll know in which page you putted your cure curse exactly and which number was it.
Because you won't have time to look on your skill bar and realize which number is it.
Try to memorize every skill and every skill bar and you should be fine
