ics otp registered phone number

my problem is i am not able to change registered phone number. im am turkish but i live in norway now and my ics account was registered on my turkish number. all was fine i was loginin game and i went to holiday and when i came back and tried to log in to game it kept saying wrong one time code again and again . in the end it blocked ics and after searching some in forum i saw i needed to reset ics and get new auth code or something as you get when you start ics for the first time. then i tried to do that with login in ics account but one time password kept saying wrong there too and since i dont have registered phone number i cant get sms codes.. my account is totally blocked now. i sent ticket about it and they told me i need to reach to registered phone number but i cant.. i called vadafone service but cant get the number again.. that number is no longer exist. so what i am spouse to do now ? is that how your security system is ? no solution for this issue ?

Please let CS know that you need to change the registered phone number in ICS. Make sure you provide all necessary info including the new and previously registered phone number.

How i gonna do that ? When I click on support on ICS page it takes me to knight online support page. And there I sent ticket about it and all they say is they can't help and I need to reach to registered phone number when I already told them that number is no longer EXIST
