Can't download client

Hi, I used to play this alot years ago & i've suddenly had an urge to start playing again. Though I can't seem to download the client. It says contact admin. I didn't know how or where to do that so I posted my problem here. Any help?

you need to log in your account on official website before you attempt to download.

also, when it says contact admin, "if it happens after login" can you provide a screen shot?
it might be a windows OS warning

i have the same problem, and that was after i logged into the website. im just trying to dl it to a newer laptop :/
