LVL 75 Bureka skill bugged ?

I've gotten all the items i needed for the 75 skill, turned it in and when to go put the skill on my bar BUT , the skill is still blue with the question mark like i didnt get it , soo did i just get ripped off or what? i spent over 200m to get the items i need for the skill and i dont get it now and i dont have the items bc the game took them from me.

soo now what NTT games your not gunna do shit to fix anything you put 1 thing into the game and you screw up another by NEXT maintenance i want my 75 skill this is just stupid on how this damn game works yea you guys do maintenance but when you do your not fixing nothing your just making more stuff even more buggy , and you wonder why theres soo many private servers of ko , and im not gunna submit a dumb ticket bc when has those ever helped anyone ? never ! sooooo NTT GAMING FIX THIS SHIT !

first of all we have a bug report section so ill move this topic cause some people just don't know how the forum works i guess
second nttgame doesn't fix bugs mgame does and nttgame has to wait on them for the patches etc
third this is KO don't know how long you have been playing but things like this shouldn't surprise you

and last if you don't want to send a ticket stop complaining
they can't help you if you don't help them with info about the issue

lol ive been playing this game since BETA ! and yea i can send a ticket but they never do anything, and idc how the forums work long as someone see's the problem then its out there and people know about and don't go get their stuff taken for no reason i wasted 230m getting the items i need for the 75 skills and its gone i love this game but god its trash for all the prems and pus items bought im suprized this game is still trash , Mgames does a 3 hour maintaince fix 1 thing but bug 5 other things in the process go look at SMITE they are still in beta and have no bugs bc they work on it soon as a problem comes in and they get it down in 30 mins just saying is all
