I have too much money invested in this game to have no support for american players. My launcher does not work and patches are not updating. What happened to this game it use to have great support for all players???

i still have same problem, even when online sometimes it laggs me out and dc and im paying for premium and FULL PUS items for character.

True, the problem with logging in still persists. Even if you manage to log in, and for example, if you get a DC and have to relogin, the launcher still doesn't load!!!

Same issue here, login server connection failed. I tried to reinstall game, and now it wont start to download updates... It stay stucked all time
