Why is this happening?
The issue is mostly caused by strict IP filtering / DDoS protection on NTTGame's login servers, combined with poor international ISP routing. When your local provider can't properly resolve the login server's IP, the launcher times out and the Start button remains grayed out.

Does ExitLag work?

so instead of proper/smart game Management that should have the simple knowledge of how to run/fix game problems quicklyand properly i need to spend even more money to just play a game....

I´ve had the same problem last 2 weeks. Sometimes it works, sometimes not. I dont want to be using vpn or fix to be able to play, doesnt seem right.

In spain it happens too. I usually restart the internet connection settings and it comes back. But its annoying
