PayPal payment not processing

Hi there,
I am trying to recharge my NPOINTS in order to verify my phone via SMS so i can trade ingame and buy Premium etc..
However I've tried paying for npoints with paypal, and no matter which amount i try to buy, it says " processing" even though i haven't had the chance to confirm the payment via paypal, it takes me to a page on paypal that says "in order to check your order click confirm", I confirm, and then it takes me out of paypal - back to the KO website and says" your payment is processing", however i have nothing in my paypal history, and it's been already few days and still not processed.

Please help me, PayPal is my only way of paying as it seems and I want to trade ingame and be able to play (I am playing in ZERO server).

Hi.

PayPal payments require approval, processing times can vary.

You can submit a ticket if the process and payment are not completed for a long time.

Hi there, what do you mean approval? by whom?
I've tried several times however it always says either "processing" or "payment failed due to some reason".
On Paypal side the payment did not go through yet.

Another problem is I cannot submit a ticket because a ticket also costs 5 NPs to send one, which is impossible since i can't even buy NPs xd
What else can I do?
