SMS verification error

I live in UK and I am not receiving any SMS messages to my newly opened account and therefore I cannot activate my account's SMS messages.

You have to buy like the lowest am amount of NPoints possible at least before you can do that because it costs NPoints to verify your number. That's if it really is for your account phone number verification not the ics/otp verification.

I opened a ticket about this issue, and they asked me to record a video to prove that I can receive SMS messages from other services, as if the problem is not on their side.
Their solution approach is unbelievable, and honestly, I regret buying Npoint.

HAHAHA im having the exact same issue even though I had it working 2 years ago, theyve asked for video of me me getting a SMS and then another video of it requesting it doesnt make sent.

Why wouldnt the company have it compatible with Whatsapp just losing the player base that are wanting to return due how poorly the service works and there problem solving approach

I contacted with my service provider vodafone and removed all restrictions for text messages . could you please let support team know that I complete all steps on my side. The only thing that they need to do remove the ics portal block on my account. In that way I trigger sending sms and see whether the issue related with my service provider or not.. Thank you
