try and change the dns servers on your network adapter.
Go to Control Panel

Network & Internet

Network and Sharing Center

Click your active connection

Properties

Double-click Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4)

Select Use the following DNS server addresses:
Preferred DNS: 8.8.8.8
Alternate DNS: 8.8.4.4

try and start the laucnher few times and should work.

I've had to same issue and managed to log in here and there but even when i get in the games been so laggy I can't do anything to the point i inevitably DC.. im a returning player and this is my first month don't think I'll be spending another dime on this thing lol the nostalgia hit has been quenched... Im from Australia also.

It's really crazy to see the threads and posts about not being able to log in from outside of turkey and there is not a single official comment about estimated date to fix or anything above forum mods

Conducting checks? the servers are unplayable for several days for those of us that have premium that sounds like an excuse to continue stealing our money. Why haven't the servers at least been restarted. this is a total failure on your I T department what are the qualifications for the job not have any idea what you are doing? here it is Wednesday and the servers haven't gone down for weekly maintenance. Why is this taking so long a lot of people like me that have been playing for 20+ years and everyone else deserve some kind of an reason or something. If this was a day or even 2 that would not be bad but start getting upwards of a week and you have lost 25% of your premium ya start felling like this is total BS.

I think they have no clue wtf is going on... they respnded on my ticket with ...
1) Restart your computer.
2) Ensure that your internet connection is stable. Restart your modem to change your IP address.
3) Close any unnecessary 3rd party programs that may be running in the background.
4) Having the latest and most up-to-date version of your graphics card drivers. This will help your game run smoother than it might already be running. You may also want to try updating your Direct X too while you’re at it. Here are a few links to the sites you may need:
