Hi,

I have got 3-4 weeks ago a 30days switch prem from Wheel of Fun. Today my premium is ended, so I wanted to use it, so went to Kaira and pressed on
Premium Use & Exchange Voucher > Premium Exchange Voucher > Switching Premium Exchange Voucher (30days).

It removed my SW prem from the inventory, but no disconnect from server. So I relogged and I have no premium, and no SW prem in inventory.

Can you please check it and fix urgently as I have just purchased magic bags and fairy to play.

Please check your mailbox (L) again.

You need to take it from your mailbox and activate it again.
