Can't register for a new server.

Hi,
I am having problems registering for the Zero server. I hope someone can help me with this.

I applied for the servers on the official page, however, the "Choose server"-button is unavailable to me and I cannot continue. I cannot click the button.
I don't know if it is a bug or not. I would really appreciate any help.

If your problem is not solved, you can try it in a different browser or in an incognito tab.

Unfortunately, none of the suggestions have worked so far. I've tried Ctrl+F5 and incognito mode. I've tried Firefox, Chrome and even Edge and none of them worked.
I even tried on my phone and on my friends computer. No luck so far...

Try using the Maxthon 5 browser as well.

Isn't it possible for a GM to choose a server Zero for me perhaps? I wanted to make a ticket to support, but it costs 5NP....

The Ctrl+F5 button should have resolved the issue. You can’t get support here; you need to submit a ticket. If you have another account with 5 NP, you can also send it from there.
