UTC (Under the Castle) 2 Days a Week Recommendation

The UTC event now needs to be increased to 2 days a week.

It can be at 21:00 TR time on weekdays, Tuesday or Wednesday.

The players who can enter this event, which takes place once a week, rarely encounter DC (Disconnection).

With the UTC event being held twice a week, there is a second chance for players who could not enter the event on Friday.

However, only characters above 83/x Rebirth should enter UTC.
Rebirth characteristics must have a privilege.

The 500 monthly NP (Ladder/Right NP) received for entry from non-premium characters in UTC must be increased to at least 2k NP.

1,000,000 Noah (1m) with/without premium must be received from the character entering UTC.
