power up store bug

I cant use the power up store it say something like login error or login failed plz help

i have the same problem. when i try to join to the pus, i get the message: Login Failed, please press confirm button to retry again.. plz any solution for this problem? i really need to buy some pus items.

Im a genious ok I fixed it go to bottom left hand corner and click ur windows button and type in firewall then click the one that says allow program thru windows firewall then click change setting then click allow another program then allow knigbt online and cli k ok fixed it for me after 2 days of messing wit it

I cant use in-game PUS. I brought PREM via website but i want in-game things.

I use AVG free and i added knightonline.exe and launcher.exe to the exceptions. any clue guys?

I got the same error I fixed it for a day n then it was bugged so ima keep messing wit it I think its between the internet explorer and ur firewall settings

Tried the fire wall n ie settings I think the only left to try is unistall the game n ie n google chrome n cross fingrrs if neone knows the solution to this bug please post on here a lot of ppl would grately appre iate it ty .
