The message means that, you dont have premium. because of the big queue composed by the unecessary tickets in CS center, non-premium users are not able to get for now using ticket system.

Sorry to say that,there is no direct contanct to CS center except tickets. But you may ask for a help from a trustable friend of you for using his/her account to send a ticket or purchase at least bronze premium to your account.

No one should give their information away to anyone it will get them in trouble even if you trust someone
its not allowed
if you give away your information you have no right to complain when you get hacked

You ' ve pointed out a very important issue but i always think that KO is not just a game and know that everyone have one or two very close friends here like in the real life. This is the matter of something else about commensalism and everyone may not affordd to buy another premium etc. The subject is too sophisticated to be argued here but i know that everyone can understand my point even w/o my further explanations

Newerthless, as a support to your comments everyone should strictly avoid sharing any private information to other users to be at the safe side always. Also, do not share your password even with CS center.

well even real life friends can screw you over sometimes
it happened before :P
ofcourse there are people who you can trust
ive even met someone through KO that i trust with my life

but you just always have to be careful
some people give their information away way to easy
also if someone else writes a ticket for you they don't need your password
cause the CS doesn't need it

im just a volunteer moderator and people even give me all their info through pm
thats how dumb some people can be

I can't log my account on the website so I can't send a ticket about the problem that I can't log my account, I just created this new acc to send a ticket and then I need to buy premium to send one.. HELL NO.
