I have an account that was secured using ISC/AnyOTP. The issue I am having is that the app is not working correctly on my phone in which the code is not showing. I deleted and reinstalled the app to see if that fixed the issue, but now it requires reauthentication to access.

The next issue that I am having is that I cannot verify by using my phone number since I do not have enough Npoints, which I am unable to even attempt to add since I can't access the account.

Is there anyway to resolve this issue?
