Ardream for New Servers

I have no idea if people are with this idea or not or has anyone thought of, do people like to play in ardream. Wanted to join me and a couple of my friends. A new fresh server that was also in a way to target and play ardream. Because we love that area and lvl cap the most. Is there anyone who shares this with ardream. Or have a server for a ardream only even possible or enjoyable for anyone ?
