To activate the ICS, I should register my phone number. I don't want to use random online numbers to get the OTP because I know I will need this number with me in the future. Still, unfortunately, the OTP SMS can't be received because I am from the United Arab emirate, so anyone can help solve this issue.

Hello,
In order to register your phone number in the ICS system, you need to send a ticket to the support team. They will be helpful if you create a ticket by selecting OTP > ICS / OTP category.
