I bought Npoints so i can submit a ticket for the password reset e-mail that is not coming for my actual account, but the points are not coming and it's been more than a week now

Paypal payments are confirmed within 3-7 days. If you want u can submit a ticket about it.

I think they approve payments manually for PayPal as PayPal is no longer available in Turkey, so I am assuming there is a 3rd party company approves these transactions and then sends info to NTT, who knows....
Best thing you can do is not purchase nPoints on Fri, Sat, Sun.
