Thanks for the reply, I'm willing to buy any type of premiums, np points etc. if it's gonna do me any good. Two weeks is a pretty long time , more the time passes by I feel like im not gonna get my item back. I hope they don't have any time limit for item restoration. Thanks a lot for your times.
