I've already sent 3 tickets about my avedon +5 reverse item dissappearing. It took me a while to understand what went down while he was tryin' to buy it from me . This guy somehow stole my avedon . It happened around 1pm game time 26.08.2013. I noted that i paid real cash for the item. If you throw a roll-back I'm sure consequences will be good and helpful. I'm still waiting on a response , don't really seem to have any other option.

If you are right, only the thing that you can do should be to send a Customer Support Ticket.

Because of huge queue in CS center, it is very probable to get the answers late then u expected. As i know if you are not an ICS user, u will not get any help for hacks, because ICS has implemented to the game to create a unique pwd for each player.

if you already send a ticket from 1 account then you should just wait
it can take up to 2 weeks or more to get a reply

Thanks for the reply, I'm willing to buy any type of premiums, np points etc. if it's gonna do me any good. Two weeks is a pretty long time , more the time passes by I feel like im not gonna get my item back. I hope they don't have any time limit for item restoration. Thanks a lot for your times. I really appreciate it.

I've been waiting almost 2 months on an account that was hacked prior to ICS - No help here anymore. Spend few hundred dollars on the account 4 years ago only to return and find that it was hacked. The email address and password was changed and I can't get any type of assistance!
