I can't remember what email address I created for this game, so I sent a ticket to support asking for it

I'm not asking you to change my address ... just tell me what address I've used (instead of showing asterisks over it)

So, I sent this ticket (#AJK-677-24813) and in response you ask me to fill in a form TELLING YOU WHAT EMAIL I USED FOR THE ACCOUNT
I replied: that's what I don't know .. if a send a ticket telling you I can't remember my email then how come you ask me to enter my email?

2 minutes later someone else from support replied insisting I fill in the "email" textbox.

Is this a joke?
If I knew what email I used then I WOULDNT HAVE SENT A TICKET!

Is there really no other way to this?
