account blocked, why?

hi, i have also played ko for over 7 years now.. i stopped playing in april 2012. when i tried to login later in october 2012 after the transition from gamers first, it says my account is blocked/disabled. i cant even access ticket submission so i made this account to get someones attention. this is completely ridiculous as i have invested a lot of time and money into my account. please fix this for me?

I know isnt ! How long does it take to fix customer support. They had enough time to do alot with the website.
