I played 6 months ago, for some reason my account doesnt let me sign in. " It doesn't Exist".

I'm hoping for a GM or who ever has the power to do so to look up my name, and tell me
why my account does not exist? I have been in Clans like Animosity, and made clans like
ThatBIGBANG.
I have youtube videos of me playing. I would like to know what is going on.
If anyone could message me I would really appreciate it I REALLY dont want to start
back at level 1 witch im doing to waste time......
