Bowl monument works as an mob antd this cause unexpected behevior

Hello, bowl monument probably defined as mob, this is not a normal behevior I guess but this cause some kind of problems like canceling heals, debuffs even canceling the buffs. I guess this can count as a bug because, monuments not deal damages. This can be fixed easly if the development team know problem. Here's an example clip from a twitch stream;
