Problem with two account in server EPHESUS

Hi, GM:

I written many tickets and I have no answer. My problem is simple.
I can logging in the game but not in the web portal. Please see pictures.
Mi users in game are: miorco and mipriest (in different account)



I need to pay for unlock merchant

Additional Information:

I try my two account in ephesus server have same problem : miorco and mipriest
I try resend activation account and server show me: Email no exist....i say what??? nttgame delete my information in account web portal but no delete my information in account game.....What happend in game??? How i can pay npoint or premium if no solution my problem??? is incredible....
Now i understand why i cant PUS logging when i enter in game.
