The mage skill 'instant magic' allows for one other skill to be used twice in a row without a cooldown.

When Instant Magic is active an icon appears showing that the next skill use can be used twice. The skill remains active for 2 minutes.

BUG: If Instant Magic is active and a pot is used (mp pot, hp pot etc) the instant magic ability is lost/cancelled.
