Ok, asking straightforward. This IS a 3rd party, and also a tool. But... is it bannable?

If not, is the development and sharing of a more complex calculator, that would input/output gold, exp, and %s on a more detailed way than a mere 0.01% minimum cap, would be considered 3rd party bannable offense?
