Password change email fails ...

Hi , I am trying to get an old "Ares" account back up & running. I know the log-in name & correct email for it but when I try to change the PW , but it says "Email-Failed". Please help ! ! !...Thanks !

About your problem,
If you're trying to access a old account, I'm assuming the account got blocked / deleted (hopefully not deleted)
because of inactivity.
I suggest on trying to send a ticket through NTTGame's support system : http://support.nttgame.com/
