Ask about my krowaz pet

I have krowaz pet bought from people.
But i can not be placed in the char, i have gold prem and i trying to transform it too cant.
krowaz pet that has not seen the level, so this is just bug or no?
please help fixed it

It seems bug, but i can say pet should have attributes (name / lvl / exp / satisfaction rate / weight), you need the familiar summon scrol on skill bar to call it and, as you said, equipped over your inventory. Of course you need premium to summon it. Since your pet has not the attributes i described before, try to go npc trainer kate moradon with your pet and the name change scrol, give a name, then after try summon it.

*update: i have scroll change name pet, but when i trying for change and still cant. Always failed to change name

Can you please share a SS, whilst right clicking to the pet and showing the message/error you get at the right bottom side of your screen.

Im fairly certain that is not a pet itself, but the item to make the pet INTO a krowaz, hence why it says familiar item, not familiar.
so go do the familiar quest get a lvl 1 kaul, then feed him the krowaz and it should change.

Good point.. but, quest "pets can be grown" is bug at moment, can not make the pet because cant get the egg to made it, maybe if he buy other pet can transform into a krowaz with the scrol and after he can change name if want, should work that way

and i have shown to paladindlreamer, he say will fix it in 1 days,
Please help GM, i need my pet and i dont want to lose my money
