I dont understand the rules fully, wher eit says charcoal/pencil, does that mean it can be just pencil? or does that mean your charcoal drawing can include pencil?

I had another idea but I don't think it would go along with the rules so I'm posting this one. It looks a bit dark but this was taken with a crappy tablet camera in bad light. This was the best I could get.
