I bought exp prem and I got it in a letter I took it to where it said to go and wouldn't let me turn it in. What is wrong?

I am having the same issue with a "War Premium" that I just purchased. I took it to [Vendor] Kayra, and then clicked on "Premium Item Use" and nothing happens after that. I can upload a very small fraps video to youtube if you would like, as using a screenshot would not show anything of any use.

damm i have the same problem.... Tip: always look on the forum before you pay for something... because KO is one Big bug...

Make sure you previous premium is finished. Even when my premium was finished I still was unable to exchange it (hours after it expired) . I had to re-log on the game and then it worked. However there could maybe be a bug now. not sure, but its worth a try. Let me know if it works.
