The time has arrived for our next compromised account restorations. Please keep in mind that the investigation process can take a long amount of time and diligent work by the NTTGame Staff, and all reported accounts may not yet be ready. We encourage you to remain patient as investigations are ongoing as we strive to provide exceptional service. Always remember the following guidelines when you are submitting information regarding a compromised account.
Shared/sold/bought accounts will not be restored.
If the account owner doesn't submit a report within 7 days after being compromised, the account will not be restored.
Restored accounts will need to await investigation, times will vary depending on the conditions of the situation.
Any attempt to abuse this system may result in the permanent closure of your account.
All restorations are subject to the final approval of NTTGame staff.
At this time we have completed a large amount of compromised account item restorations. This restoration will be completed on 3/21/2013. Be aware that the items restored to accounts will be sent to your in-game mail. Please note that there is a limit to the number of Letters that can be displayed in your Mailbox so you may need to delete old Letters in order to view newer ones.
The Knight Online team is always diligently working to provide the best gaming environment for all of our players. We will constantly analyze and strengthen our policy regarding restorations. Please be aware that the following items will not be restored:
In-game Money (Noah)
Reduced EXP/NP from your character
+9 and above items* (armors, weapons, uniques)
+6 and above Rebirth** items (armors, weapons, uniques)
+3 and above items*** (unique accessories)
PUS items (less than 750NPts worth)
Some game items (Potions, Scrolls, Low quest drops, some stackable items etc.)
Exchanged time-limited vouchers (if item&rsquos duration is less than 5/6 time)
*Items higher than +8 will be restored as +8
*Rebirth items higher than +5 will be restored as +5
*Unique accessories higher than +2 will be restored as +2

Well a month ago i get a response to asking about my account that was hacked back in October and i get this.

So how much longer is this 6+ year legit player going to have to wait to get his stuff restored.?
5 months already and counting and still i haven't seen any ingame mail with my stuff.
And if for some reason if i do eventually get my items the few +3 Accessories i made myself by saving over the years will be downgraded to +2, really ?
This really feels like a slap in my face and am being told its ok be patient the pain will eventually go away.
