I heard that DC, EXP, PLAT premiums are bugged atm. I think the new BDW system patch bugged some things ingame.

else try it on a second char if you can

Just purchased Premium, got the item on my account. I have not had premium for over a year or two.

The char name is Smite
Server Piana
Level 10.

Kayra will not turn in the premium, I have got the item out of my mail.

I've taken a video of it, For some reason she just ignores it.

I had this problem yesterday. When selecting "Premium item use" nothing happend. I went af-k leaving my char infront of Kayra, came back 30-60 minutes later and it worked. Don't ask me how, it just worked
