Concerns: account banned

I made this topic because I do not agree with the removal of the account from my friend. (PrintuCosty)
He is banned from the game because KOL thought he comitted any fraud.
This is impossible, I have been playing for 4 years with him Knight Online.
i've meeted this guy in real life, he came to me to meet me.
This guy always plays legal and has never done wrong things.
The only thing I know is that he has lost a lot of money.
He was removed from the game without a reason.
I try as much as possible to help to get his account back.

Printu's story was that he purchased a lot of KC from Chinese merchants/business.
Knight Online gave this as the reason for his account to delete it.
He has sent many tickets but got automated messages back, you know what I mean the "robot system".
We were almost the ONLY English speaking players on the server Titan. Printu, his brother and actually me.
We created an English speaking clan named MolestorS, and I am still in there and PrintuCosty is still the clan boss.
My question to you is, can you work on this? To bring his account/character back in good condition?
If this is not possible, please give your full reason, and ALSO tell why.
This thread is actually meant for Admins and another Knight Online staff.
