4IbabarPaladim my char was hacked lost all my items that I worked for years to achieve already sent ticket but have not had response
some gm if you can I would appreciate investigate
why your items are not sealed? ....... that will be hard good luck
only the customer support can help you
it will take a very long time
try to change all your account info if you can and scan your pc etc
all you can do is just move on and hope you get something back
but it will take a long time before you get a reply

Do Not Give Your Passwords To Others, Not Even To Moderators, The Customer Support, Admins And GM's.
We Will Never Ask For That Kind Of Information!
Do not click on links given ingame, not even from a GM. There are fake GM's on the servers.
Please don't post your account ID on the forum for your own protection.
Please use the right forum for your language!
Please do NOT post cheat reports outside the cheat report section!
