Why i got these > Your Account is Blocked plz contact customer support??

i want to know why?
what is wrong?

i was fishing with my second char in doda camp then i got Power DC for 15 min then power come i try to log in game to fishing again and almost i pressed start fishing i got DC then i tried again to log in i got massage say Your account is blocked contact customer support !!!

why my account blocked?

I get that message on this account...I have 46 npoints on this account. I will try again with premium account.

EDIT: So, I sent in a ticket from my premium account, about another issue and when I clicked send, I got a message box that says: Success!

When I go back to Support, and click on Online Tickets, I see the new ticket. I cannot open any ticket I have submitted, in order to update said ticket. I do not see any way that I can provide further information, without creating a new ticket altogether (maybe the link is in a camoflagued colour and my old eyes cannot see it). I checked my email, and I do not have a reply from customer support to say that the ticket has been received or to provide me with a CS ticket number. I will check again after work, and update this post as needed.

you have 1 topic in the gamers court already about an account that is yours and you want it back
don't say you don't have any other accounts cause you do, just 1 is blocked for a long time now
and we are not talking about the Jaidee guy that posted in your topic

you have 2 accounts
1 is an old account and is blocked and 1 new account that is blocked now
if you want to know the reason for your blocked account you need to send a ticket to the customer support

and for the second time!!

yes True but there is a mistake old account can't log on forums or game so how can i talk about it with jury?

i have old account with char m0za but these deleted check out the my definse plz cuz i can't long on game or forums online cuz egypt had blocked out from ko in 2011 and account deleted cuz of that
i told the story about it

This case should be easy to resolved.....On Feb, 12, 2011.....GamersFirst did indeed do an IP blockage of many countries....Egypt was one of the countries that were IP Blocked along with, Malta, Phillipines, and several other countries....The main reason why these countries were blocked is at the time....Is that GamersFirst could not renew gaming licenses for these countries that were involved.....This had left thousands of players absolutely no access to the KOL game....And since then with the new policy that came out a year or two later, regarding in-active accounts....Those in-active accounts were blocked.....I'm quite sure that some of these players are not aware today, that were blocked by the IP blockage more or less had been lifted by NTTGames, since there was never any formal announcements......telling these players that they could return....so when they saw that these accounts were in-active, they were blocked.

The reason why I clearly remember the date of the IP Block, is that I kept this as a new worthy article for my own personal records....I tried early today to check on the link, and it is no longer valid.....GamersFirst has now removed all subjects pertaining to KOL game from their homepage, and forum sections.
