EDIT: So, I sent in a ticket from my premium account, about another issue and when I clicked send, I got a message box that says: Success!
When I go back to Support, and click on Online Tickets, I see the new ticket. I cannot open any ticket I have submitted, in order to update said ticket. I do not see any way that I can provide further information, without creating a new ticket altogether (maybe the link is in a camoflagued colour and my old eyes cannot see it). I checked my email, and I do not have a reply from customer support to say that the ticket has been received or to provide me with a CS ticket number. I will check again after work, and update this post as needed.
