Skill of Torment does not work regularly. We realized while we're playing in Ronark Land and we tried this in Arena. As you see Torment doesn't work as it should be. It must be affective who is in skill's area but sometimes it doesn't work as you see in video. We all players want to fix this problem because we cannot play very well as we want.
