DNS ayarlarını 4.2.2.1 - 4.2.2.5 veya 8.8.8.8 - 8.8.4.4 yaptıktan sonra Başlat > Çalıştır > CMD yönetici olarak çalıştırıp gelen pencereden ipconfig /flushdns işlemini gerçekleştirerek dener misiniz?
Ek olarak herhangi bir antivirüs programı kullanıyor musunuz?
